As I woke up today I was compelled to pray the Lord’s Prayer in remembrance of this day. On 9-11-01 my mother called me from work as we both watched the second plane hit the second tower. I saw on the television the smoke billowing through the streets, people screaming, running and plummeting to their deaths. I didn’t know anyone of the 9-11 souls directly that was in the towers, or on those two planes but it doesn’t matter. For one thing I know it is about humankind. As I sit looking out on the fog of this day I reflect, remember, and respect what this day represents all humankind.
